The Year 11 football team played in a thrilling county cup fixture last night against East Leake Academy. They twice came from behind with goals from Idris and Kayne to draw 2-2 after full time. After a very wet 10 minutes of extra time due to Storm Brian, the score remained at 2-2. Thanks to two great saves from Zain from Greenwood Campus and solid penalties from all of our takers we ended up winning 4-3 in the penalty shootout. A great effort from the team which combined players from Ransom Campus and Greenwood Campus, well done!
